Understand the workbook
The analysis identifies sheets, named ranges, significant formulas, inputs, calculations, and outputs. It also considers validation rules, conditional formatting, and other automation elements that affect how people use the file.
Define the changes
Provide the workbook and describe the intended result. Targeted changes and workflow recommendations can then be considered alongside the existing formulas and dependencies, with assumptions and unresolved questions made explicit.
